LAUVANE · Coming soon to the United States & Canada

FAQ

LAUVANE launches soon. This page describes the service as it works at launch. Until then we only keep the email addresses people give us for launch news.

Do you sell the pieces?

No. LAUVANE shows where each piece is available and links to the retailer's website, where you buy it. See how it works.

Who do I contact about an order, delivery or return?

The retailer you bought from — they are the seller and handle payment, shipping, duties and returns under their own policies.

Does buying through LAUVANE cost more?

Never. You pay the retailer's price. The retailer may pay us a commission; see how we make money.

How current are the prices?

We refresh retailers' catalogs regularly — usually every day — and each offer shows when we last checked it. The retailer's website is always right.

Why are some prices in another currency?

Each retailer shows its own currency. Retailers that ship to the United States usually price in US dollars, those that ship to Canada in Canadian dollars. Other currencies are converted for comparison only.

Which retailers ship to Canada?

Every offer shows the countries its retailer serves. Choose CAD in the currency menu to see Canadian offers first.

Are the pieces authentic?

We list only the houses' own stores and established luxury retailers. Each retailer is responsible for the authenticity of what it sells.

What does "Not available right now" mean?

No retailer we follow has the piece in stock at the moment. Save it to your wishlist and we will email you when it is back.

I'm not sure of my size.

Each product page converts European sizes to US/Canadian sizes, and the size guide has full tables. Retailers' own size guides apply to their pieces.

How do price alerts work?

Save a piece to your wishlist while signed in. If its best price drops or it comes back in stock, we send you one email. You can also ask to be told once when it falls under a price you choose, or when a size that is sold out everywhere comes back. You can turn alerts off on the email preferences page.
