LAUVANE launches soon. This page describes the service as it works at launch. Until then we only keep the email addresses people give us for launch news.

This policy explains what personal information LAUVANE collects, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to our website and emails.

Who we are: LAUVANE ("we", "us"). Questions and requests: hello@lauvane.com or the contact page. Our Privacy Officer (person in charge of the protection of personal information) can be reached at the same address.

How we use it

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who work for us under contract, and only what they need:

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

When you follow a "Shop at …" link you pass through the affiliate network's or link partner's tracking address on the way to the retailer; they may set their own cookie there to credit the sale, under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

Where it is processed

Our service providers may store and process information in the United States, Canada and the European Union, where it may be accessible to courts and authorities under local law. Wherever it is processed, we require it to be protected to the standard of this policy by contract. Before transferring information about Quebec residents outside Quebec, we assess the protection it will receive.
